Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We truly value our customers and always aim to provide premium-quality canvas paintings and wall décor products with a smooth shopping experience. Since every artwork is carefully prepared and packed with attention to detail, we request you to read our Return, Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Product
We take strict quality checks before dispatching every order. However, if you receive:
- A damaged product
- Wrong item/design
- Incorrect size delivered
- Missing or incomplete product/package
We will happily provide one of the following solutions:
- Replacement of the correct product
- Exchange with another product of equal value
- Full refund of the paid amount
To raise a request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the product and packaging. An unboxing video is mandatory for return processing.

After verification, our team may arrange a return pickup if required. Once the returned item passes the quality inspection and is found unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, the replacement or refund process will be initiated.
For missing items in a package, the remaining parts/products will be shipped after verification from our side.
Products Not Eligible for Return or Refund
As wall art and canvas paintings are decorative products, slight variations in color, texture, print sharpness, or finish may occur. Product colors may also look slightly different depending on the mobile or monitor screen settings.
Therefore, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Did not like the design or quality
- Product does not match home/office interior
- Wrong size selected while ordering
- Change of mind after placing the order
- Product no longer needed
- Customer did not properly review dimensions/design before purchase
We strongly recommend checking all product details, dimensions, and design carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
To request cancellation, please contact us through:
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Partial COD Orders
If any advance payment is made for a partial COD order, the advance amount will not be refunded in case the customer refuses delivery or cancels the order later.
Prepaid Orders
If a customer fails to accept a prepaid order during delivery, re-shipping will only be done after paying the delivery charges again.
If a prepaid order is canceled after dispatch:
- Custom orders will not be refunded
- Standard orders may be subject to packaging, shipping, and cancellation charges before processing the remaining refund amount
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom-made or personalized products are specially created as per customer requirements. Hence:
- COD is not available on custom orders
- Custom products are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable
Replacement will only be provided if the delivered product is damaged or incorrect.
Handcrafted & Special Artwork
Certain handcrafted, hand-painted, or made-to-order products require special preparation and production time.
Such items are:
- Non-returnable
- Non-refundable
- Non-exchangeable
Cancellation requests for these products must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
Bulk Orders Policy
Orders above ₹15000 are considered bulk orders.
For bulk purchases:
- The above refunds and returns policy are not applicable on bulk orders.
- Bulk orders are non-refundable under any circumstances; only defective or damaged items can be replaced
- Shipping for bulk orders may take additional time depending on volume
- Delivery times will be confirmed by our team at the time of order confirmation
Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product is received and approved after quality inspection, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 2-3 working days to the original payment method.
