Why We Do Not Offer Full Cash on Delivery (COD)

At Stahk, our priority is to provide a secure, smooth, and hassle-free shopping experience to every customer.

We offer multiple safe and trusted payment methods, including:

• Net Banking
• Wallet Payments
• Online Bank Transfers

However, we currently do not offer Full Cash on Delivery (COD).

This policy helps us maintain efficient operations and protect both customers and business processes from fraudulent or non-genuine orders, which are common in the e-commerce industry.

Since many of our products are specially prepared, printed, and packed after order confirmation, rejected or fake orders result in significant manufacturing, shipping, and packaging losses.

Key Reasons for Not Offering Full COD

High Risk of Fake or Non-Genuine Orders

Cash on Delivery orders often lead to cancellations or rejection at the time of delivery, resulting in heavy reverse logistics costs.

Made-to-Order Product Processing

Most of our canvas artworks are processed specifically after receiving confirmed orders. Returned products may not always be reusable or resellable.

Delivery Failures

COD orders frequently result in failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability or refusal.

Additional Operational Costs

COD shipments involve extra courier handling charges, cash collection fees, and return shipping expenses.

Safer Payment Experience

Digital payments provide a faster, safer, and more secure shopping experience for both customers and delivery partners.

Partial COD Policy

In selected cases, Stahk may offer Partial COD, where customers are required to pay a small advance amount to confirm the order.

Please note the following terms carefully:

• If a Partial COD order is rejected, canceled, or not accepted during delivery, the advance amount will not be refunded.
• If the shipment is still at the courier hub, we may attempt re-delivery whenever possible.
• If delivery failure happens due to courier company issues, customers will not be charged.
• If the order is returned due to customer unavailability or rejection, additional courier charges may apply for re-shipping the product.
